Sean Murphy serves as the Managing Director for LFG’s Port St. Lucie, Florida office, where he leads with a passion for developing people and empowering them to achieve their personal, financial, and professional goals. A proud graduate of Florida State University, Sean earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and Economics in 2003.
Sean began his career in financial services in 2007 and brings nearly two decades of leadership and field development experience to his role. Over the years, he has held executive-level positions focused on market development, talent coaching, and advisor growth. He also built a successful practice as a financial representative before transitioning into his current leadership role at LFG.
Throughout his career, Sean has developed a reputation for identifying and mentoring emerging talent. He is deeply committed to helping others unlock their potential and has a proven track record of cultivating future leaders in the financial services industry.
At his core, Sean is driven by a sincere desire to help others, whether it’s coaching a team, guiding a client, or mentoring a colleague. That passion is what fuels his leadership and inspires the teams he supports.
Outside of work, Sean married his wife Nicole in 2013, and together they enjoy raising their two sons, Samuel and Joseph. Much of their free time is spent actively involved in high school and youth sports, volunteering for local nonprofits, and spending time outdoors. Sean and his family are proud members of St. Bernadette Catholic Church.
