MaryLou Rodgers joined Lifetime Financial Growth Company in 2005. As Chief Operating Officer, MaryLou is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the regional firm, with particular emphasis in FR contract management.
Prior to joining LFG, MaryLou was the Chief of Staff of the National Drug Intelligence Center (NDIC), which is an independent component of the Department of Justice whose mission was to provide strategic drug intelligence to the nation’s senior-level policymakers, and to provide investigative support services to law enforcement worldwide. As Chief of Staff, MaryLou served as the Director’s top advisor on strategic, operational, technical, and administrative matters overseeing 350+ employees and a $40 million annual budget. MaryLou was responsible for presenting the Agency’s mission and capabilities to the Attorney General of the United States, the Drug Enforcement Administrator, the FBI Director, and high-ranking domestic and foreign officials. Since joining LFG in 2005 she has been instrumental in upgrading all of the firm’s financial systems while providing invaluable contract management information and guidance to our advisors.
MaryLou holds a B.S. Degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business. She is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Senior Executive Fellows Program.
