With a decade of experience in recruiting within the financial services sector, he has spent the past ten and a half years leading recruiting efforts in Indianapolis and the broader Midwest. Jon had an impressive 8 years of service in the United States Marine Corps as a Small Arms Repair Technician. In January 2003, he was deployed with MALS 14 aboard the S.S. Wright in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. From 2007 to 2010, Jon served as a Recruiter in the Corps, where his exceptional efforts in recruiting earned him a meritorious promotion to the rank of Staff Sergeant.
