James A. Schepis, CLU

Jim Schepis has been helping individuals and teams transition into the financial services space for 30+ years.  He joined Lifetime Financial Growth (LFG) in 2003 and has been part of the Guardian network for the past 15+ years.

Prior to joining LFG, Jim filled numerous roles at General American Life Insurance Company from 1989 through 2003.  Ultimately, he served as an Officer at General American and its’ acquiring company, MetLife.

Jim began his career in 1983 with Northwestern Mutual, immediately upon graduation from Duquesne University.
