
As the Executive Vice President at Lifetime Financial Growth (LFG), David is involved with many facets of the enterprise including training, mentoring, talent acquisition, talent optimization, leadership development and cultural stewardship. His experience as a leader inspiring change and transformation within Fortune 500 companies provides a strong foundation for building a winning culture.
David’s previous positions during his career include: Financial Advisor (top 5% of all Financial Advisors industry wide), Sales Manager, Resident Director, National Trainer and Senior Vice President at Merrill Lynch. He has trained, mentored, developed, and coached over 1,300 Financial Consultants. He was part of the “tip of the spear” for the cultural shift the firm underwent, moving from a commission-based company to a holistic financial planning/fee-based organization. He has also previously served as a First Vice President at Morgan Stanley, and Agency Manager/Registered Principal for Western and Southern Life a member of the Western and Southern Financial Group.
David has a long history working for the safety of children and has committed significant time and resources to community and humanitarian efforts. David became one of the driving forces in creating public awareness for protecting children. He founded the first of its kind non-profit organization in the U.S. assembling a powerful group of professionals and volunteers to form an impressive roster of counselors who coordinated law enforcement agencies such as the FBI, United States Secret Service, along with fortune 500 companies, Professional Sports Franchises, including the Miami Heat and Florida Marlins, to educate the public on how to protect children from abduction. Separately he has served on numerous boards including the Miracle League for Autistic Children, YMCA, March of Dimes, Bar Ilan University in Israel, the Daily Food Bank, and many other private charitable endeavors.
