Basic Life
Offered on a non-contributory, contributory, and voluntary basis, our basic life plans can be customized to meet both companies' bottom lines and the needs of their employees. Guardian offers a range of value-added options, including:

  • Waiver of Premium (continuation of insurance while waiving payment of premium for employees who become totally disabled)
  • LifeAssist (added financial security for employees who suffer a severe disability)
  • Portability

Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)
Guardian's AD&D coverage for specific accidental losses can provide basic coverage or be enhanced to provide additional protection in qualifying situations.

Group Universal Life (GUL)
GUL combines permanent life protection coverage with a tax-deferred cash accumulation and flexible premium payments. A range of features such as death benefits, accidental death benefit rider, and dependent riders adapts to employees' needs as they change over time.
