MaryLou Rodgers joined Lifetime Financial Growth Company in 2005. As Chief Operating Officer, MaryLou is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the regional firm, with particular emphasis in FR and GA Contract Management.
Prior to joining LFG, MaryLou was the Chief of Staff of the National Drug Intelligence Center (NDIC), which is an independent component of the Department of Justice whose mission was to provide strategic drug intelligence to the nation’s senior-level policymakers, and to provide investigative support services to law enforcement worldwide. As Chief of Staff, MaryLou served as the Director’s trusted advisor on strategic, operational, technical, and administrative matters; and oversaw 350+ employees and a $40 million annual budget. MaryLou was responsible for presenting the Agency’s mission and capabilities to a wide range of VIPs, including the Attorney General of the United States, the Drug Enforcement Administrator, the FBI Director, the ONDCP (Office of National Drug Control Policy) Director, senior State Department officials, and a variety of high-ranking foreign officials.
Concurrently, as Project Manager of a $3M+ software development project designed to promote investigative information sharing across jurisdictional boundaries worldwide, MaryLou convinced Cabinet-level and Magisterial-level officials in the US and throughout Europe, Asia, South America and Central America to participate with NDIC in this venture. Through MaryLou’s leadership, state and local governments were also enabled to fully participate in this program.
